All orders will be dispatched within 2-4 weeks from our Gatwick showroom. Full order tracking from placing the order to manufacturing stage and delivery, can be found on your CLR account.

All orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Guaranteed Delivery by 1pm.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding UK holidays.

We offer a 60-day returns period from date of delivery. Custom or engraved jewellery is non-refundable.

Returned items must be in original unworn condition with tag still on and untampered with.
Returns are free of charge, a collection or QR code can be organised via our Royal Mail returns portal.
